The Administrative Division of the Tensas Basin Levee District consists of the Human Resources Department, Accounting Department, and legal, and support staff.  Although the Tensas Basin Levee District has always employed personnel to perform these functions individually, the Administrative Division was not formally unified until June 2022 when the Administrative Director position was formed bringing each section together under one supervisor.  Since then, the Administrative Division has broadened the scope of its mission through a series of management-related activities that include planning, organizing, directing, supervising, controlling, financial planning, personnel management, asset inventory, and implementing policies related to the agency’s operationalization.
