When bidding on hunting or farming leases please note the following:

1. Minimum bid of $10.00 (ten dollars) per acre is required.  All bids of a lesser amount will be rejected.
2. 10% (ten percent) in the form of a bank line of credit, cashier’s check, or money order of your bid shall accompany the bid application as a deposit.  All other forms of payment will be rejected.  All deposits will be returned to all applicants who are not awarded the lease.
3. Lease terms: Hunting 5 years / Farming 3 years.
